How do I register for classes?
The registration date for the following session will be posted on the "Classes" page of the website two weeks prior to the actual registration date. Registration will also be announced in classes to parents and students currently taking at Mindi Tumbling and Cheer, so that current students can re-register. Contact Mindi to confirm your spot.
Do I have to pay for the full session in one payment?
There is a payment due date for each session where the full payment is expected to be paid; however, should you have a unique circumstance, contact Mindi to discuss a payment plan. Should you join the session late you will be asked to pay for the classes remaining in the session and not the classes missed before you signed up.
Do I have to commit to the full session?
Yes, we require students to commit to the full session in order to sign up for classes. If you sign up later in the session, you are required to commit to the remaining classes of the session.
Can I make up missed classes?
We allow 3 make up classes per session, per student. Make up classes need to be scheduled with Mindi prior to the makeup date. Classes must be made up within the same session that they were missed unless circumstances prevent this. If that is the case, contact Mindi to set up a make up date in the next session.
How many students are in each class?
We operate based on a 4 student per teacher ratio so that each child has a significant amount of individual attention. Check our class spot availability on the, "Classes/Opportunities," page.
What if I am too late to sign up for the season?
We would love the chance to work with your son or daughter! Contact Mindi at 801-916-8650 or send us a message on the contact page and we can discuss options for private classes/camps.
